Welcome to my portfolio page!

Here I have displayed a variety of my work from projects including Typography, Illustration and Photography. Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Emma is currently studying Art and Design (Graphics) BTEC Extended Diploma at her local College. She went straight there after High School and will be going University this September. Her interest in Graphics began at home, where she helped her nan create posters for a local production at the Lyceum Theatre. This then became a peaked interest as she moved on into the last years of High School and chose Graphic Design as one of her three topic choices to study for her GCSEs. Within these two years Emma created a range or merchandise for a cinema inspired by her favourite band Muse and fairytale Sleeping Beauty. After these two years Emma achieved a B grade and decided to follow this as a career path and chose to study Graphics as a full-time course.

During her time at College Emma has completed a range or Briefs and Projects. (Listed below) Each she has worked hard towards. Putting all her time into creating the best presented, appropriate and quality final outcomes. Within these briefs Emma improved her digital drawing and Photography skills. She also learnt about key parts of advertising and typography.

Unit 05 - Contextual Influences in Art & Design

Unit 06 - Application, Exploration & Realisation in Art & Design

Unit 30 - Location Photography

Unit 32 - Experimental Imagery in Photography

Unit 38 - Mixed Media Image Making

Unit 42 - Design For Advertising

Unit 50 - Information Graphics

Unit 32: Experimental Imagery in Photography

Unit 30: Location Photography

Emma is most passionate about her ideas around advertising. She considers her work 'well thought out' and 'planned' as she tries to create realistic and high quality finals. She does this by researching thoroughly to find accurate information to help her create strong finals.

As Emma approaches the start of university she is sharing her work online. Here she is trying to gather opinions on how successful they are and methods of improvement. She knows she can still improve and is always accepting suggestions for ideas of improvements. If you would like to get in touch use one of the links below!
